Before Rotax Senior, before #376 and before the current programme with SLR Racing, there was SWS. It was where Nai learned how to race constantly, adapt quickly and fight for results against different drivers, on different tracks and in different karts.

FROM CHASING WINS
TO CHASING A TITLE.
In 2024, Nai finished the Slovenian SWS season as #2 in the country. It was already a strong year, but more importantly it gave him a full season of race situations to learn from.
In 2025 the next step followed. The volume stayed high, the results became more consistent and the season ended with Nai as Slovenia’s #1 SWS driver.
Across 73 races he collected 35 wins, 15 second places and 6 third places. During the season he climbed as high as #6 in the SWS world ranking.

THE WORLD STAGE.
The SWS World Finals at Le Mans became the natural international test of everything built through the national season.
At Le Mans, Nai won one race and finished the final in P10. The result mattered, but so did the experience: racing under pressure against a field assembled from around the world and learning how small details become decisive when the level rises.

SWS meant racing often. That repetition mattered. Different karts required adaptation rather than excuses. Short races made the opening laps important. Close fields forced decisions to be made quickly.
It developed the part of Nai’s driving that cannot be read from a specification sheet: seeing an opening, understanding when to attack, knowing when waiting one corner is faster than forcing the move now, and rebuilding a race when the original plan disappears.
Those lessons did not stay in rental karting. They became the base Nai carried into Rotax.
SWS BUILT THE RACER.
ROTAX RAISED THE SPEED.
The SWS chapter is part of the story, not the destination. In 2026 the focus moved to Rotax Senior — a different kart, a different technical level and a new learning curve.
